Early access: Inky merpeople

my life is nice right now, but business is terrible. Everything is delayed, partially due to Corona craziness, partially due to my own overwhelm/confusion. I found out that I cannot safely send merchandise to the US right now and an original artwork I had sent months ago seems to be lost forever. Sigh.
Sometimes I just need to forget all of that and draw some mer-babes and mer-dudes. It's #mermay after all. I used one of my favorite inks: J. Herbin 1670 Emeraude de Chivor. It contains a stunning gold glitter, which makes it such a pleasure to draw with.
But it is super hard to photograph! I tried to make some gifs to show off the glitter:
