New Patreon Tiers

The proposed new Patreon Tiers are as follows, I have included the existing ones to show where any changes might be:
$1 – Stoker, 1st Class: Receives early access to the Drydock – Unchanged
$5 – Lieutenant: As previous tier, but also gets to ask a Drydock question for the Patreon Q&A – Unchanged. Gets to vote on a special video subject for the next month nominated by Patreons – Changed
$10 – Lieutenant Commander: As previous tiers, also gets to vote on moving a ship on the list from it's current position for review in the forthcoming month, ships nominated by Patreons.
$15 – Commander: As previous tiers, plus gets to nominate which ship/system/technology to review next in the 'secondary Wednesday special' video when class 'deep dives' are being done (EG, which Essex class to review next). Tier members to vote on nominations.
The way the Patreon rewards are delivered will also change slightly as a result. The rewards thread will be open from the start of the month and will collect Drydock questions (tag with Q&A), special video nominations (tag with SPN) and ship review nominations (tag with RVN).
About a week before the end of each month, I will collate the special video and ship review nominations and create polls at the relevant tiers for people to vote on.
I do not intend to further vary these tiers, with additional tiers being added later on depending on Patron demand. Feedback is of course welcome.
