WIP: New Protocols (Patreon Exclusive)

This is the next exclusive, in the works. It's  continuation and a bit of a remake of the Samus bust I did last month. The finished piece will be split into two portrait sized pieces that work on their own, but put together make this larger scene, much like a lot of X-Men comics I had growing up. Don't worry, the scene will be intact for Patrons. I only plan to use Jam's half as the promotional material, and a SFW pin up. Jam's pose is also a direct nod to one of my favorite anime when I was a kid, Bubblegum Crisis/ BC 2040.

The hovering patches around Samus is a packaging device I've messed with in older sketches. They work in tandem and when hovering over or around an object, generate a stasis plane to keep the target in between still while being parceled to avoid damage. And when they are rested on the object, link together to create a very strong but flexible, elastic material. If I had to describe it, the material would be like a mix of latex and rubber cement.

This can be found in my older piece of Jessie from Team Rocket. This device is originally designed for securing cargo in space flight of presumably FTL travel, but Jam is a resourceful one and will start using it more on future catches! Also, since it was originally designed for cargo the patches, with enough used, can keep the heaviest objects hovering for easy transport. Meaning, Jam can effortlessly move her trophies around the facility when not in their cases. The stasis cinchers also have the function to all O2 to permeate with what ever it contacts with, incases of cargo such as food/plants or anything that needs to be temperature and oxygen controlled or sensitive.

Sorry for the long tech specifications everyone lol. I just wanted to give you all a run down so there's no confusion on what these things are. Not pictured above are the stages of Samus' packaging. Shown above is her base zero suit, but the following layers of restricting will be:

-Heat shrunk, industrial strength, cellophane wrap.

-Several rolls of duct tape mummification.

-Vacuum Bag

-A Leather sleep sack with straps

-Finally secured with the stasis cinchers

I'm planning on having Samus fully mummified for each stage, with only her ponytail appearing and her face being visible only, in the starting and the cellophane stage. Anyway this piece will be available soon. I put in a tremendous amount of effort, thought, and heart so I hope everyone enjoys the finished product! Cheers!
