It doesn't have to be Halloween, since this isn't people dressed up as characters, it's the actual characters as themselves. It can still make for a special hot ritual with the succubi and Elvira as priestess of the night. Perhaps they needed an interloping vessel to summon the monster spirit we see on the right door knocker? So Elvira needs them save B-Low's seed but they end up fighting each other over it and swallowing all they can bc it tastes too good. It can be a humorous Elvira moment. =)
