She has no HQ, nothing to the corps name, the site is still being worked on by Luna, and she doesn’t have any clientele. Her only deal is with the Jade Fang, which just happened. The big corps that watch the gangs might have a note of the purchase, but nothings happened that would make her an actual player yet. Quite frankly, Cold Moon’s rebrand is too new, and the Cold Moon under her uncle had a less then stellar reputation. Not to mention going as CEO Tsukuyomi would create a link, and we all know how Shiro feels about moving in the light when there are other options.
