Fixed bugs

- Fixed the appearance of Merchant that did not match the storyline when the player reached the Desert City storyline and warped to the Memory Room, then warped back to the Immigration Bureau

- Fixed bugs when the player could not warp back to Desert City after using the teleport crystal to other cities after completing the latest storyline

- Many people accidentally pressed the neon character that appeared in Desert City South, so they switched players to INN Owner and warped the player to the night city, then became INN Owner, which prevented them from continuing the storyline

Everything happened because I tried changing the map to nighttime and forgot to delete this NPC, now it has been fixed and I have deleted her🥲
