Checking in post Hurricane
Added 2024-10-10 18:51:01 +0000 UTCLuckily, Hurricane Milton barely scraped Ft. Lauderdale, leaving only a few ruffled tree branches-- no flooding or other damage. Unfortunately, not everyone was so lucky, as the west coast of the state was hit head on by one of the biggest hurricanes that Florida has ever seen. I know some of you are on the Tampa/Naples area, so please reach out if you're in any kind of need!! This community may be small, but we're powerful. And we're here to help.

I sent you a message via Instagram, but I’d like to say in this thread as well that my wife and I made it through the storm safe. Our house suffered only minimal outside damage, but that was all. As a Sarasota resident, this was the most intense lead-up amd response to a hurricane in my 20 years of living here. I’m extremely thankful to have gotten thru this as well as I have, and I hope that all the other Florida members of Cristy’s Crew are equally safe and sound.
