I want to be Transparent With You .

I wanted to take a moment to be completely transparent with you. The creative industry is going through a tough time right now. There are strikes happening everywhere, affecting the world of cinema and 3D design. Finding work has become incredibly challenging. My dream has always been to build something artistic that can capture people's interest while allowing me to truly immerse myself in what I love – sculpting and creating, whether it's in traditional art or 3D.
Working from home, sharing my creative journey with my clients, hearing your feedback, and moving forward step by step with you has been an incredible experience. It's about offering something that you can truly appreciate.
However, the current circumstances are not very conducive to this. I've noticed a significant number of people unsubscribing from both my Tribe and Patreon, mostly due to financial concerns and because they haven't found the recent themes interesting. I admit I'm still working on fine-tuning the themes to better suit your current interests.
Unfortunately, the financial statistics for Arcanum Workshop are not looking great. The reality is, both physically and mentally, I'm exhausted because it involves an enormous amount of work. I've been working an average of 15 hours a day to grow this brand that I've built single-handedly. Sustaining this pace is becoming incredibly challenging.
If the financial stats don't improve in the coming weeks or months, a significant decision will need to be made. I may have to reconsider the economic model for what I do. Because working this much is taking a toll. I've had two and a half years of little sleep.
So, what may very likely happen is that I'll transition to doing only crowdfunding, giving me more time to work on substantial projects that can truly blow you away. Let's be honest; one month is too short for what I aim to deliver. I know I'm not at the level of competitors (while I'm aware that comparisons aren't ideal, in marketing, it's currently a chaotic landscape). Some Tribes and similar platforms are conditioning people to pay creators a pittance for colossal efforts. We're almost forced to conform due to the actions of a few.
The alternative plan would be to produce one miniature each month at an incredibly low price point. Unfortunately, if it comes to that, it's because the workload has become too overwhelming, and I cannot keep up mentally and physically.
In any case, I want to express my gratitude to each of you, especially those who have been here with me for an extended period. You've been there throughout this journey, and it's not only you who are affected by economic issues.
If you'd like to discuss this further, I'm open to it. Your feedback is essential, as it's what propels me forward. And if you've reached the end of this message, having read it all, it truly means a lot to me.
Wishing you all a great day,
Dorian
