Terms & Conditions

• You are NOT allowed to sell or share any digital file you get from us. You are only allowed to sell the 3D printed models.( you can't use file or prints for a kickstarter  patreon, any other crowdfounding project ormake casts / molds selling them in boardgame boxes or similiar.)
• You are NOT allowed to make molds or mass produce our models.
• If you sell online, you have to provide us with the platforms you sell on. You have to do that by messaging us on Patreon.
• You have to credit Arcanum workshop as artists and mention our Patreon page as the source of the models.
• The Commercial Use License is only valid as long as you remain subscribed to a tier that provides a commercial license. After losing the Commercial Use License, you have to immediately stop selling our printed models.
• We may, at any time, and at our sole discretion, modify these Terms & Conditions. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon public posting.
• Only subscribe to this tier if you agree on these Terms & Conditions.
  
  
  Selling Formats

The models as digital files and the rights therein reside to Arcanum workshop . You are not permitted to sell or share any digital files of any models purchased from or provided by Arcanum Workshop.

You are permitted to sell printed copies of the models. Currently accepted formats of physical miniatures include resin and FDM 3D printing, as well as mold casting of models. Currently only injection molding is a restricted format. However, Arcanum workshop reserves the right to add more formats to the restricted list should issues arise.

You may not sell modified or edited versions of the files. The prints must be original Arcanum Workshop produced models. “Kit bashing” is not allowed.


License Costs

This license agreement comes with a monthly cost of 30 (thirty )€.

As soon as the payment is processed, you will be eligible to sell any number of prints for the duration of the month in which the payment was processed.

Arcanum reserves the right to change the way of payment, effective at the first of the next month after the decision. An effort will be made to make all Merchant License holders, in an active account status, aware of the changes.

Merchant Identification

requires each merchant to provide information that will be stored securely and be used to identify and contact the merchant. This includes but is not limited to: Name, Address, Email-Address.

This information will be collected from all active Merchant License holders at a later point in time, once the infrastructure for it is set up.

All Merchants will be provided with an Arcanum Workshop  Merchant License Badge after the collection of their informations. This badge is how other merchants and customers will be able to verify you as a licensed merchant and he must be visible in or on your store when selling our product .

Regardless of where you intend to sell your Arcanum Workshop  prints, this License Badge will be required to be displayed where whomever views your product, can see it.
In the case of online sales, the badge must be superimposed on the first image of each listing and must be readable. Failure to show your License Badge on the first image of each listing may result in your Merchant License being suspended.
In the case of offline sales, the badge must be displayed next to the printed models in their display case, on the table, or in some other easily viewed location and must be readable. Failure to display your License Badge to the public next to your printed miniatures may result in your Merchant License being suspended.

Note that the license badges will not be distributed until the needed infrastructure is set up. Until then the Merchant License holders are not required to display their badges but a reference to Arcanum workshop would be welcomed as a substitute.
