The Origin Land, Council Hall.

Inside the Council Hall, there is a black round table. The round table's surface is crystalline and translucent.

It is forged from the largest piece of "Dark Realm Crystal" ever discovered in the infinite Hunyuan space - a treasure of immeasurable value, equivalent to several corpses of Hunyuan Ancestor-level existences.

Only the practitioners' faction could produce such a rare treasure.

In the weaker factions of the infinite Hunyuan space, possessing such a treasure would likely invite annihilation!

The practitioners' faction is one of the three major powers in the infinite Hunyuan space.

Although the practitioners' faction has been suppressed for endless ages by the dominant "Innate Hunyuan Lifeform Faction", the strength of practitioners' faction is still widely acknowledged.

There are eight seats around the black round table were eight seats, all of them are also crafted from Dark Realm Crystal.

Whoosh.

Eight figures descended into the Council Hall.

Yuan, Jin, Wu Lan, Ming Huang, Nai Gu, Xing Mang, Mo Man, and Luo Feng each took their seats.

These eight were the highest authority and the top leaders of the entire practitioners' faction, the ones who also determines the fate of countless practitioners.

"Hmm?" As Luo Feng sat on the Dark Realm Crystal seat, he instantly sensed a space-time formation.

This space-time formation, with the black round table as the core, connected to the entire space-time network.

In an instant, Luo Feng's perception extended across the 3,600 world clusters within the space-time network's reach.

Even in the partially fallen world clusters where the space-time network had been damaged, the past timelines remained intact, allowing full observation.

After Luo Feng sat here, the 3,600 world clusters- countless origin worlds and ordinary worlds, whether intact or in ruins- all reflected in his mind.

"The Council Hall finally has a new seat." Yuan said, smiling brightly at Luo Feng.

"It's been far too long. After endless ages, we've finally welcomed a new Lord."

"The emergence of a Lord in our practitioners' faction is indeed a slow process," Lord Jin sighed.

"Comprehending the supreme 'Dao' is naturally far more difficult than the path taken by those Hunyuan Ancestors," Lord Xing Mang said.

The Hunyuan Ancestors emerges relatively easily- several had even been born during this very war. Once the war concludes and its gains are digested, the Hunyuan Ancestors would grow even stronger.

"Let's first distribute the spoils of this war." Yuan, presiding over the meeting, declared.

"In this war, we slew a total of eleven Hunyuan Ancestors. This is an unprecedented achievement!"

"Haha, before this war, we had only killed fourteen Hunyuan Ancestors across endless years," Lord Wu Lan exclaimed.

"Yet this single war alone claimed eleven!"

"The situation has reversed." Lord Xing Mang said with a faint smile.

"Thanks to Luo Feng," Lord Nai Gu sighed.

"We were initially being pushed back, but his breakthrough greatly enhanced our overall strength. His participation allowed us to slay eight Hunyuan Ancestors in a short time."

After Luo Feng became a Lord, his sudden entry into the battlefield resulted in the immediate deaths of three Hunyuan Ancestors.

Later, when Luo Feng was forcibly captured into the midst of the Hunyuan Ancestors' groups and separated from his allies, the explosive power of his 1.8 billion origin cores indirectly caused the deaths of five more Hunyuan Ancestors.

"Thanks to Ming Huang," Luo Feng countered.

While Lord Xing Mang was occupied restraining the "Infinite Serpent Hunyuan Ancestor" and the "Hunyuan Ancestor of Space-time," though he still held the advantage, delivering fatal blows to the Hunyuan Ancestors was difficult.

Lord Ming Huang's thunderbolts strikes, however, were terrifyingly concentrated, blindingly fast, and unerringly precise. These three traits made him the executioner of many Hunyuan Ancestors.

"Those Hunyuan Ancestors were already struggling just to resist you all. I merely delivered the final blow," Lord Ming Huang said with a laugh.

"Let's proceed with the distribution," Yuan said with a smile.

"For the eleven Hunyuan Ancestor corpses, each Lord will receive 10%. The rest will remain in the Origin Land as collective resources for the entire practitioners' faction."

Though each Lord's contributions varied- Luo Feng hadn't even participated in the battles where three of the Hunyuan Ancestors fell- this was how the practitioners' faction always distributed spoils.

As long as a Lord participated in any part of the battle, the rewards were shared equally!

Among the eight present Lords, only Lord Nai Gu had a pressing need for Hunyuan Ancestor materials.

The others, all focused on comprehending the "Dao," had little urgency for such resources.

"These eleven Hunyuan Ancestors also carried numerous treasures. As per tradition, each Lord takes 10%, and the rest become collective property of the entire practitioners' faction," Yuan said, retrieving the treasures.

The Lords casually selected their portions.
Unless something was urgently needed, there was no contention.

Hunyuan Ancestors had no choice but to fight with their true bodies- their clones, lacking a life core, were far weaker, possessing less than 30% of their true strength.

In a war of this scale between two major factions, such clones were meaningless.

Take Lord Xing Mang, for example. Even a 30% reduction in energy reserves drastically diminished his effectiveness in battle.

This demonstrated that in wars between the two great factions, only those with overwhelming strength could make a noticeable impact.

When Luo Feng had peak energy reserves, his recovery was monstrous, his close combat power was also formidable, and he could unleash devastating forbidden techniques when opportunities arose.

But once his energy reserves dropped significantly, his capabilities declined across the board. If the Hunyuan Ancestors had not been internally divided and filled with anti-war sentiment, they could have overwhelmed Luo Feng's main combat clone, which was down to just 20% energy reserves.

Of course, even if they had won temporarily, the eight Lords could have recovered and returned for another attack.

This was precisely why many Hunyuan Ancestors opposed continuing the war!

"The spoils distribution is concluded," Yuan announced. "Let us proceed to the next matter."

"With the emergence of a new Lord, our practitioners' faction must, as per tradition, reallocate territories and reassign subordinates." Yuan glanced at the other Lords, all of whom listened intently.

"First, the Dark World Cluster- Luo Feng's homeland- shall become his absolute territory," Yuan declared.

"Second, every Lord bears the responsibility of guarding the borders, so each must oversee a portion of the frontier world clusters."

Above the round table, a miniature projection of the 3,600 world clusters appeared, and Yuan began the allocation.

Each of the eight Lords anchored their absolute territories, extending their domains toward the borders. The resulting divisions resembled twisted, fish-like shapes.

"I claim the Qing River World Cluster," Lord Ming Huang spoke, gesturing to annex three additional world clusters while relinquishing others.

After all, the seven Lords had invested great effort across the vast territories, and certain world clusters held special significance to them.

One by one, they voiced adjustments to the allocations.

Luo Feng, however, had no such attachments. He accepted all minor territorial modifications without objection.

"Any further objections?" Yuan surveyed the seven Lords, then nodded.

"Good. Since there are no objections, the territories are hereby finalized."

"With territories settled, the distribution of World-Level Hunyuan lifeforms and High-Level Hunyuan lifeforms must also be adjusted," Yuan continued.

"High-Level Hunyuan lifeforms within a Lord's territory naturally fall under their command. As for World-Level Hunyuan beings- if they are a Lord's disciples, they remain under that Lord. Otherwise, they are assigned based on territorial divisions."

None of the seven Lords disputed this.

Many World-Level Hunyuan beings had received a Lord's guidance even before breaking free from the cage. About a third had formally become disciples.

Luo Feng, as the newest Lord, had yet to take on any World-Level Hunyuan disciples.

"I have 23 World-Level Hunyuan beings and just over 1,025,000 High-Level Hunyuan lifeforms under my command?"

Luo Feng reviewed the final allocation, which also included 20 captive World-Level Hunyuan lifeforms and over 8 billion captive High-Level Hunyuan beings.

This war had significantly increased the practitioners' faction's prisoner count.

"Luo Feng, your share of World-Level Hunyuan practitioners is slightly smaller," Yuan said with a smile.

"You can cultivate more of those little guys in the cages. If they break through to World-Level, they will naturally become your subordinates."

Luo Feng understood- the other seven Lords had invested countless efforts over time. His smaller share was only expected.

"I'll cultivate them gradually," Luo Feng replied.

"Any objections to this allocation?" Yuan asked the group.

"If none, I will issue the decree."

Once confirmed, the arrangements would be announced to all World-Level Hunyuan beings and High-Level Hunyuan lifeforms in the practitioners' faction.

After all, the territories and subordinates have been divided. And all the future powers and responsibilities would have to be redistributed accordingly.

"Issue it."

"No objections."

The seven Lords confirmed unanimously.

"Then we proceed to the third matter," Yuan continued.

"With a new Lord's rise, we must determine how our faction will nurture future generations in this new era."

The cultivation strategy would be decided collectively by the eight Lords.

"First, reclaim the vast resources distributed across all world clusters," Lord Mo Man stated bluntly.

"Previously, with the risk of total annihilation, we unleashed hoards of resources for unrestricted exchange. Now that the war is over, this must change."

When world clusters faced extinction, countless lives were granted greater access to resources, offering a sliver of hope to break free from the cage.

But now, with the territories secure! Those practitioners at the level of God Emperor would find obtaining resources far more difficult.

"Such unchecked exchanges are unsustainable for our faction," Lord Nai Gu agreed.

"We must think long-term!"

............

While the Lords deliberated in the Council Hall, the territory and subordinate allocations were disseminated to every World-Level Hunyuan being and High-Level Hunyuan lifeform in the Origin Land.

Countless practitioners across the land received the news.

At this moment, Tian Lang Ke and two of his companions gathered, having just received their notifications.

"Our practitioners' faction has welcomed its eighth Lord- Luo Feng! The eight Lords united to secure total victory in this war!"

"... Guang Yu, Daoist Chifeng..., Tian Lang Ke... a total of 23 World-Level Hunyuan lifeforms, please go to the 'Tianyue Sea Cave Mansion' and wait for Lord Luo Feng's summons."

Tian Lang Ke stared at the message in disbelief.

Lord Luo Feng?

The horned man, Guang Yu, was very excited.

"To think that while we feared the war's outcome, a new Lord emerged in our practitioners' faction! The news was kept hidden until now- Lord Luo Feng had already joined the battle, and even the war is over with victory!"

"It is revealed only after the victory," Daoist Chifeng said excitedly.

"Let's hurry to the Tianyue Sea Cave Mansion. We cannot afford any delay in meeting Lord Luo Feng."

"Let's go." Guang Yu nudged his dazed companion.

"Brother Tian Lang, what's with the blank stare? Let's set off quickly! This is our first audience with Lord Luo Feng- we mustn't be negligent."

"Ah- right." Tian Lang Ke snapped out of his daze and followed his companions toward the Tianyue Sea Cave Mansion.

At this moment, Tianlang Ke understood why no Lord had summoned him after his breakthrough.

........

:) Today, June 8th, is also Lord Luo Feng's birthday!
