From the accident, caused him to enter a primitive Saiyan state; more of a violent and aggressive feral animal. From this he became uncontrollable, only calming down when he's in the face of fellow warriors or those he recognizes as strong. But ChiChi was neither a Saiyan and was weaker than him, so Gohan didn't recognize her as his mother, but a tool to relief himself on... Currently Scene: Goku was kicked out of the house by Chi Chi, but luckily his son was on his side and has his ways in making his mom see things in a new perspective...
