Honestly fascinating how many ways these things can change their hosts. And according to ozone in a previous comment, it was because the booby recognized some kind of challenge being posed here. I recognize that the loss is dire, but I cannot help but be enamoured by these transformations, it's like something tickling my inner biologist. Regardless, it's not over yet. I'm committed more to winning than to sating my curiosity at our collective detriment, and said curiosity may well be sated at the end anyway. Steady on, I say- we're still in this.

I think I get it, the boogy knows the field is there, it sees our hand on the switch, and it know what the field will do to it, so it's not gonna fly through it as long as we can hit the button. Maybe if we were to hit the switch while it was three or four tiles away, we can force it into the side passage, then wait for it to be 2 tiles away BEHIND us, (the field should drop before that) then we hit the switch again and run for the door. Either the boogy will get stuck behind the field and double back or wait, or It won't realize we hit the switch again and get fried, either way we should get to the door before it catches us.

With all the game overs where I only describ her fading consciousness, it was good to finally get to one where you can actually see it in her eyes.

I think we all misunderstood that the button arming on a count of 2 meant that was when to push it; Ozone said Cassandra's suit boosts her to peak physical condition, but we don't *know* what Cassandra's peak even is. How are we to know if, when the door opens on the count of 5, Cass can reach and pass through in 2 seconds? Or if it will seal once shut, or opens on every count of 5, like it opens every 5th on a second? Right now, we only know it is NOT fast enough to out run a Booby. She was caught just as she pushed the button in the locker room, but she wasn't fast enough to out race the pair in the room we looped over and over at. The Booby moved a single tile a second; if it can catch Cassandra within 5 seconds, then she's too slow to reach the door with 2 remaining, more so because she has to run the shorter hallway, herself. We're lacking what Cass CAN do with her suit, because everyone's peak is different.

Her expression as the Booby is taking over her mind is absolutely fantastic. I feel bad I was off in my choice of timing (I REALLY thought I had it right!) and while I'd have loved to see her fully transformed as she was in the locker all the way back at the start, the sudden shift from her being shocked the Booby snuck around, taking advantage of her poor timing, to her resistance fading away as it over takes her head is arousing and beautiful. And I love the Booby decided she'll become a ram Boogie. I'm falling in love with how they can customize Cassandra to go from a vixen to an entirely different species. Now I really do hope we reach the end, I want to see all the various kinds of animals/forms the Boogies will turn her into *without* the stress of a life limit.

Clearly. I just don’t understand how that would have worked. Ozone said himself that the boogie moved one tile per second. By that logic, it would have moved right past the field before it activated if it was one tile away from us.
