What Pushes Your Buttons?

This is totally a random question, but what is something that makes you unhappy?  It can be major or small.

For me, one thing that always bugs me, is knowing I am going to get a phone call/text/or email... and just having to wait for it.  I don't know why?  It drives me crazy just waiting and waiting, sometimes it can be for days, lol!

The reason I bring this up is we were doing a character study of the AT&F characters and determining what makes them all upset and mad.  It greatly varies because Starlight can get mad at a lot of things, mainly when something isn't going her way.

Twilight, it takes awhile to make her mad, in fact she has only appeared mad a few times in the whole series. What mad Twilight upset was when Spike bought her the cheap toilet paper which wasn't as soft and cuddly.  She's been mad at other's such as Greg, when she felt she had her trust betrayed, even if it wasn't exactly correct. Granted, older Adorkable Twilight in this series was more prone to showing bursts of anger.  One of the more recent times Twilight was mad and showed backbone, was at Rarity for tricking her.

Moondancer is pretty chill, but she seems to get mad when people disturb her stuff.  Twilight has a tendency to do that

So there ya go. Have a good day!

Every time I hit the gym, I dread hearing the "music" that they play. They so often employ the progression where each measure's beat becomes 2x faster than the previous measure until everything is a high-pitched mess. I can tell if a track is heading to that direction within 1 second. I have full expectation of what's going to happen next, and whatever the composer was trying to achieve with that acceleration would never work on me, and yet I have to sit through the same repetitive and generic crap again and again and again and again and again.

I get easily irritated when I'm interrupted from watching or listening to something.

Misuse of statistics. So often political decisions and calls to action are based on statistics which are clearly (if you take a moment to consider them) irrelevant, cherry-picked, or out of context. It's not just statistics, of course. I remember an article about a prototype neural net that was trained to make moral judgements, and it really annoyed me because the author presented as evidence of the neural net's bias the fact that it would pronounce certain things as okay if done by an unspecified person but not if done by a woman or a Palestinian. Anybody who cared to properly test the demo would find that those things are also not okay if done by a man, an American, or generally a person to whom any adjective applies. (In other words, the neural net was actually pretty fair in being very dumb.)

At work there are some people who will respond to an isolated "hi" message with a link to a wiki page titled "No Hello" explaining why you shouldn't do that. Personally I'm in the camp of "ignore the message until they get around to sending something meaningful." Fortunately that seldom happens, since people get trained out of pretty quickly if they have such a habit.

I think it would be if something is not in order or organized. Realized that when someone at work didn't even out the spaces between racks and I didn't like it it all

YES! Oh my gosh yes.

When im trying to do something difficult and complex and im making headway and someone jumps in and starts trying to take over because they think they know better how to do it when they're just as clueless. Fuck off stupid monkey!

Nah, that is not a big deal as you are supposed to do it one way or the other, depending on small children or cats.

What if the toilet paper is installed so it goes under instead of over?

I hate it so much when the toilet paper dispenser is below knee level. I can live with bad toilet paper, but not when I have to touch the floor to get it off the roll.

Mahna

I should have written that down too. lol. I mean, you always know where it's headed when it just says, "Hi." It's like, just tell me! I already know! lol

I hate it when someone want something from me, so they send hi and wait me to respond instead of just tell me what they want.
