'Life Stock' readers, would you prefer more smut?
Added 2024-05-10 14:54:43 +0000 UTCI'm wondering if Life Stock is too ambitious with the slow burn overarching plot and vignettes that give insight into various characters who undergo changes. Would you guys prefer something more straightforward and smut focused like Bloodbarn?
You can choose multiple answers. Keep in mind the main character in Life Stock is slated to undergo TF, I'm just letting the story naturally progress to that point without rushing.

2024-05-10 19:57:51 +0000 UTCTough question. I really liked Bloodbarn. Really love, The Belle Tolls, but I am enjoying Life Stock immensely. I like the outsider view of things and feel it is more story and personality-driven. Not that I don't love smut, or feel that there might be a place for some smut in Life Stock, but this and other stories that deal with the personal, physical, and emotional transformations odf the victims and those in contact with them, I find more interesting. Finally, Life Stock is viewed throug the eyes of an investigator who is yearning to understand, not only to help the victims, like her sister, but herself as someone not infected, but as much a victim, as well.
