2020-07-28 03:24:17 +0000 UTCThe fascinating thing about the piece is the “trees” appear not to grow up from the ground, but to drip down from the leaf splatters. Clearly, this is the confusion the trees bring about. However, as the title suggests, there is also great wisdom in this. By growing not from the bottom up but from the top down, the trees show they hold great wisdom in knowing where they need to be before they exist. We could all learn from these trees.

These trees represent the intense desire of the artist to continue playing the game and find further inspiration in the environments of the later chapters. A masterpiece. On a completely unrelated note, my psychiatrist tells me that I have a habit of projecting my wants and desires on to other people! Can you BELIEVE that guy?!
