In this book, we learn of the life and times of Beistad's very own Vicerine Bianca Amaretto! Unable to sleep, Bianca opts for a heart-to-heart with her secretary, Helen. Throughout 27 comic pages, we learn of her exciting life as a monarch-in-exile, navy commodore and more! Kidnappings, coups and captures, oh my!
