(NSFW) Junthebun's commission + steps, .png

A commission art for Jun the Bun! Really enjoyed drawing this cute naughty bunny :3c As I can't record speedpaints with my PC now I thought that sharing steps would make a nice alternative. I love it when other artists share steps!

Step 1. Just sketching the character's pose roughly

Step 2. Lineart! I moved the second hand to be visible, and a cute random flower accesory on his chest, bc I thought it would be more fun!

Step 3. Flat colors are added to the character, you may notice that I often use gradients for softer looks, for example in his ears, on the stockings, and some pinks on the body.

Step 4. Colored the BG, and also colored character's lineart on a 'clipping layer' above it. I use mostly dark red colors for that, you wanna use a color noticably darker than the base color

Step 5. Shadows added on a character, on a multiply mode layers, using purple and pink. Shine to the outfit and toy added on luminosity layer. Also bluish highlights on edges just for fun and some contrast!

Step 6. It might not be quite visible, but if you save previous pic and this one and click between them you can see that I added darker lineart in places I thought needed it, I've been doing this trick lately and I kinda like the result :3:

Step 7. Added a book and a cup for background, also a few spare hairs out of his hairstyle and shiny liquids on the toy and his cock 👀

Step 8. Added a bunch of pinky and violet screen layers all over the picture and some blue over the toy to make it shiny! 

Step 9. Blurred the background in PS, also edited contrasts and brightness; added a little bit more shine by duplicating the whole pic and putting it on a "soft light" layer mode, a little blurred too, appr 50% opasity, which I do to all of my artwork

Step 10. Added a multiply layer to make a shadow, a blue one with a reddish edge~ Also I brightened the character bc he was barely visible under a shadow layer. Used a pinky screen layer for that, and also erased a lil bit of shade. Luminosity spots added on his face/eyes/background for highlights!

And also lately I try to put signature on all of my works now bc I often see them shared without credit, and I also believe you should always sign your work bc it's something to be proud of even if it's not perfect :3c
