Progress update for 2024/02/04
Added 2024-02-04 19:05:54 +0000 UTCHeya all! I just wanted to pop in to give a quick update on the progress for both games! In the next two weeks I hope to be able to release a new beta for summer growth, so you all can actually play it. Though I said before that process would be slower, we still try to keep a steady pace and a lot has been done.
For summer growth we have written new story updates, with a BIG twist; the main character get's into a bit of a pickle as they hear the grant that allows them to go to the unnamed university in question is revoked, due to an clerical error. However, the town will also soon host a big bodybuilding event and I'm sure I can stop writting here, as you all know what that means. This has been in the planning for a long time, and it's fun to finally get there. When the player hears this, they can also pick an NPC to go to for support; something that helps the player choose, and lock into the path that they want. And after that... well, they'd need to bulk up, right? Still odd that that's slower after they heard the news... yes, I love teasing.
Feudal growth is still very much into an early tech demo stadium. Bren and Wapeul are working hard on behind the scenes tech, while soviet will soon focus on more characters again. When those are both in, we got all the ingredients to start writting and adding the dialogs and hopefully speed up the development a lot.
SO yeah, that's it from my side! It's still amazing to me that so many people support the game, and know it's always appreciated ^^
