Hello everyone, and welcome to another status update. For summer growth we've been working hard on Emma and Elena. Both of these deserve a lot of writting to flesh out there story, and we're really getting to the good stuff. With Emma you can expect some steamy workouts soon, and with Elena... well, let's say we will use this new art from soviet very well!


Feudal Growth Status
For Feudal growth I got a lot to cover since it's announcement, so let me split it up in Q&A, Art progress, and coding progress.
Q&A
- When can we play it; This is a question I got a lot. And that will be some time away. Summer growth was made with a much more bare bone engine, which meant that we got results far faster in the beginning, but as time went on development slowed down. Feudal Growth is the opposite. We plan to create solid systems to make sure that once we are up to speed, we can deliver more in less time. when will it arrive? When it's ready.
- Does it have romance and sex? YES. And way sooner than Summer Growth. In Summer Growth we wanted to show a more grounded and realistic approach to growth. In Feudal Growth, not so much. Some of the first art I will post here later will show that.
- Will it have player transformation? YES. It will have the same ones as summer growth, and more!
- Will it be free? LIKELY. I've yet to think on how monetize it. But as Patreons you will always have access.
Art progress
Soviet has been working hard on the first concepts for the first characters.

This is the concept for the main character at the very start of the game. Her background as a noble is reflected in her simple, but refined clothing; deep colors, with furs and golden trims. In the game itself she will mostly be shown from a 3/4 perspective.

We took a lot of inspiration from old flash games and cartoons to make the transformations easier to separate. By having the tall furs, we have a clear separation between her body and head. The arms poking out through the dress mean we can easily change those out for wider arms, and the breasts can be scaled dynamically. All in all, for a first test, we are very happy!
The mentor!

This is the as of yet unnamed mentor of the Main Character. A towering barbarian, this woman is sworn to protect her princes' life to the death and the many scars proof that she has done so many times before. Though confident in her abilities she's a natural follower, doing whatever the princess asks of her. I simply gave soviet the instructions to create a character that would make the player go 'mommy'. I think he succeeded.

And finally, an unnamed soldier who serves the princess in her armies. How will these be used? You'll have to find out...
Coding Progress
This week, most of the work went towards updating the visual novel style render engine. The idea is that 4 characters can be on-screen, with minimal animations like entering and exiting, jumping up and down, and everything needed to bring them to life a bit.
Besides that, a lot of work was done improving the validation of Json objects. All in all, important work!
