When should we show new possible projects?

Just agreeing with the above statement. Showing off stuff early can create hype or maybe even donations to get something moving in a direction.

2023-08-20 19:26:22 +0000 UTCThe answer here depends a lot on if feedback from us is going to influence which project ideas get worked on more or not. If it will, then showing or telling as soon as possible is most important. If not, and you all are going to do whatever you want to then I'd say wait for it to be more polished before showing off
