The compression of the timeline is the weakest point, but adapting this had to be a bitch and I still LOVE the show..

Then ask self how long that's been going on, maybe as far back as "Heir for a Day" because we never saw him say it or admit it but she's right there in the brothel and then Otto reports it as 'corroborated' fact
