You guys have 6 episodes left THIS SEASON but you have 2 Ending specials which conclude the story which are longer episodes themselves. So you really have about 11 episodes roughly left.

About the Characters' Locations: I couldn't find a good map of Paradis (the best one I've seen is this: https://www.reddit.com/media?url=https%3A%2F%2Fpreview.redd.it%2Faccurate-map-of-paradis-v0-236x7atwzhu81.jpg). The movement logic is roughly as follows: - All the battles in the latest episodes took place in Shingashina. Shingashina is the northernmost Wall Maria city on the island and closest to the port (both the one used by Marley and the one built by the Paradis people). Anyone who wants to leave the island needs, in a way, to go through Shingashina. - Armin and Gabi traveled horseback to Ragako. Ragako, as far as we know, is located between the Wall Rose and Wall Sina. Therefore, they had to go through Trost (the city closest to Shingashina) and then continue to Ragako. After what happened in Shingashina, clearly Floch and the Jagerist leaders also went to Trost. - Annie was imprisoned in Stohess, which is another city within the Wall Rose. Her battle against Eren at the end of the first season took place there. Since Annie wants to leave the island and go to Marley, she has to go to Shingashina and advance from there to the port. Thus, she needs to pass through Trost. - On their way back from Ragako, Gabi, Falco, Armin, and Conny had to pass through Trost to eat and regroup. At some point not yet shown, they possibly talked with Hange and were informed of the plans. And "coincidentally" (Isayama, you lazy!) she meets up with Armin and his group at that time.

Ugh, I love this. Couldn’t have said it any other way.

There's a detail about Conny that I think is worth discussing in this episode. From the beginning of the story, Conny has always been seen as an "idiot." In the first episodes, when Shadis describes him, he says that Conny "has little mental dexterity." There are several moments where, faced with the intelligent plans of his colleagues, Conny only says "eh?" and looks like he doesn't understand anything. And this, without a doubt, is a perception that Conny has of himself. In the episode where Eren says they are important, Conny himself admits to being an idiot. And certainly from this position, Conny has always let his smarter colleagues draw up the plans. Armin, Jean, Hange... they all make plans, and Conny was there to carry them out. And he did. Now, try to see it through Conny's eyes: where have these plans made by intelligent people led him? What was the result? They were betrayed, they were captured, they lost hundreds of friends. His mother remains in the form of a Titan, lying in Ragako. He lost Sasha, whom he described as half of himself. It makes a lot of sense that, seeing all this, this time Conny wanted to do something he himself thought of doing: save his mother. It's his idea. He knows it might be a stupid idea, and every time Armin says something, he replies, "I don't want to hear it, I don't want to hear it!" He's afraid of being presented with the stupidity of his idea, but he wanted to do it because, regardless of the previous plans being drawn up by smart people, the results weren't good anyway. It's, at least, his own idea, and would make he see his mom again.
