The thumbs for a lot of them have been lost but almost every episode that was taken down is in there (except for 1, firebolt I think? the video was legit lost)

I think hit dice are underused as a mechanic, especially one that is so emphasized in the books. It's the first thing we see in a class section. It's the primary way, I think, that we are meant to get our hp back. And yet... with long rests basically scrubbing away the hit die mechanic. I hope that with this episode we can get people thinking about this cool idea more, making items that utilize it more directly and think about making short rests worth while.

The party moves from day to night, each time they move forward to a new day they get time tokens. Time tokens represent lead time on whatever pressing task needs to be done.
When you run out of time tokens, you are about to get caught, or miss the wedding or whatever. So we start rolling a percentile die to see if "the bad thing happens"
