Commissions Window

As I said, I haven't been able to find the time to simultaneously make commissions and sets for everyone because of multiple factors, the main one being my real life job.
Therefore, I want to introduce a commission window in which I will take and also work on commissions.
This would be the last third of the month, so the 20th of the month until the day the month ends.
As for everyone who still hasn't received their commission, I'm working on them, so don't worry!
