I've loved seeing AI tech evolve from a total hack at the start of my testing to the future of animated s-ex in just a few months and seeing it happen first hand was a crazy experience. But closing this chapter is just the beginning.

So what's next? Shorts and Short movies.
First of all, appreciate the response and feedback to the survey. That will help us re-shape tiers and content over the next days and weeks. You want longform movies which make sense and we're already working towards that. Let's get there in steps, firstly to stay on top of tech developments I'll keep on testing, it's a necessity. If you don't research this tech daily, you're already behind. But instead of delivering collections of long shorts I'll be dropping shorts and long shorts as I work on them more frequently. It's just a good format to test concepts, drop quick ideas, etc.
In the meantime I'll be working on a first short movie (before tackling long-form movies), this is a totally new approach and very interesting challenge. We'll get to work with actual persistent characters and story.
Speaking of which some of you may have heard about veo3 by google, basically prompt a movie scene with dialogue. That's not a thing for s-ex animation, so it's going to take a bunch more work to get this off the ground. Anyhow excited to jump in and test the waters.

I chose Aria's voice 5-6 months ago I think, so I'm sure there are better voices now, I had already planned on updating the voice after the series end, which is now π I like the general tone of the voices and it hasn't been a priority for me but with a short movie it's more important to use realistic voices, let's see what AI has on offer these days... I'm curious myself... might have to do voice auditions π object permanence is tricky, yes I'm already using the the last frame thing but it degrades the quality so I find you can only use it once consistently even with enhancement, so extending the shot is better in combination with creating new consistent source frames, that's one of the techniques I want to try, but there are a couple of other approaches on the todo list as well

I liked that the cum shots seem to have gotten bigger and I liked that the girls actually got something to say for once. (There is a TL:DR at the bottom) I do have a few gripes with it as well though and that is mostly beside the AI making mistakes. First of all, since we have up until now only seen several differnt 4 to 8 second clips strung together each starting from the same base picture and then just playing out differently depending on the promt or some randomness in generation, I guess. I wanted to ask about Object permanence, as in, will it be possible to have the girl at the start, for example, cum several times in a row with each squence adding more and more cum to the environment for example? Maybe by using the last pic from the former sequence as baseline for the next(just an idea)? Cause what I feel that is lacking in all of these clips is like, I am not sure how to phrase it, but 'intent', like as a viewer you get the idea of a clear purpose behind each scene. I think "Vibe switch" delivers on this the most, because it has a clear beginning, middle and end. But it still feels like it's lacking something from looking at it. Maybe it's because all the different clips in each section are generated from the same base image and for something more liniar you would need each new clip to start where the last one left off, basically. But I am not sure if that would even fix this issue. If I think about it from a normal animators perspective doing something like this, he would probably only do one continuous take for each category, but with clear intent behind it, instead of like 20 takes of the same shot strung together. The other big issue I have is not with the animation itself, but rather with the AI generated voice. It still sounds soulless, wooden and without any intent or emotion behind its words. Since there have been more talking parts in the last videos I can confidently say I actually find it pretty jarring, to the point where I think I'd actually rather have no voice at all then this. I do not think as of right now, AI voice can match an actual human performance on a speaking part at all and is still way to uncanny to be used seriously. Yeah, that has gotten way longer then I intended. So here is a little tl;dr: Overall quite good content. Short videos on basis of the same pic lack intent and purpose. AI voice is trash.

Dynamic camera angles and scene merging are the biggest issues of AI video creation in my opinion for now. As far as i know, the longer the scene should be, the more it falls apart, therefore most creators use 5-8 second clips. Do you already have a way around that? Surely with the great advances that AI is making right now its just a matter of time... Lets look back to january, AI futa video generation was mostly shit at its best and now you really polished it greatly.

2025-05-26 12:24:13 +0000 UTCto not see ai's potential is just silly at this point and it's the biggest upgrade by miles... but yes, still plenty of issues, I've already talked about the issue with camera angles and yes, I'll be rendering the short movie horizontally, actually I think all of the remaining issues will be address with the short movie format, that makes it the ideal next step I might even render shorts in horizontal format cause you can still do a vertical cut from the horizontal take, but we'll see...

I mean yeah they look more realistic, but the action is still full of AI dementia movements and expressions. And the tiktok phone format isn't helping with me taking this seriously. So looking forward to actual short movies, NOT in phone format, but actually for real screens. For now it still feels like a massive downgrade to what you were actually putting out when it comes to action, camera and consistency.
