The tests are getting out of control. I have to say though… I'm having too much… What you're about to witness is the cutting edge AI animation and I'm only scratching the surface. Tbh, I can't say I have even fully mastered all the tools yet, there's just so much tech to learn… but it's ok we'll get there. Last time I mentioned I got my pipeline up and running only to face a few days of solving tech issues, lol.
I've pushed all the c-shot tests to a solid 5 on the test sheet, but you tell me if you agree. If you like this episode, let me know which scene in particular your favorite was, so it gives me a bit of feedback on what to focus on in future episodes. Speaking of future episodes. Episode 8 is going to be the last in the series. I'll save my full assessment for that episode, but let me give you a hint: I think the only limitations at this point are the artist and the tech is still in its infancy. This shit is completely out of control and I wish I was joking 🤪. Sometimes I look at the output I'm getting and I don't even believe what I'm seeing. And I've pretty much seen it all, when it comes to AI animation, lol.
After I'm done with Episode 8 I'll be switching to shorts and the scripted animation I talked about in my last post, before I pick up work on the game again. Excited to put together an animation with characters, story, etc. Anyway that's all for now, let me know in the comments below which scene you liked the most.
