This Saturday I'm taking a little break from my current project to craft some spooky labels with you!!
I cobbled these together a few years ago to use on bottles around my house and I thought it would be fun to share them with you! For the craft along: You'll need to scavenge some old bottles, measure and scale these labels to fit and print them out.
In the craft along, I'll be showing how to cut and paste these onto the bottles, as well as how you can age them (and the bottles) to look really decrepit!
What you'll need:
Glass bottles (I'll be using antique glass, but you can make newer bottles look old)
Printed labels on white matte copy paper
Exacto blade and cutting surface
Mod podge
Twine
Matte Craft paints (Folkart is my favorite brand)
Brushes
Matches or lighters
Cork stopper (We'll be carving these, so oversized is perfect)
