WELL!... That was a whole lot harder than I had anticipated! There were SO many incredible responses and my initial favorites folder had about 90 or so submissions in them.
It took awhile, but the captive and I whittled it down to these four (which was painful). This is my first attempt at having a patron come stay and if all goes well (and everyone lives to see sunrise) I plan to do more of this on an incrementally larger scale

I'd love to make some bats to hang up in my apartment year round

I feel most at home in another person's house when they are comfortable enough to be themselves

I feed all my bodies to my dogs; waste not, want not... and it's cheaper than kibble

I'd love to go thrift/ antique hunting with you and Christine-ify one of our findings

Personal touches (fun treats on the bedside table) and furry babies make me feel right at home

I'd seduce a grave digger and convince him to bury the body for me... then 'Oops!, maybe he'll fall in too ;)

Create an old self Portrait where the eyes slide to the side, so you can peer through!

Having wonderfully creative cocktails, an abundance of chips and dips and pure laughter from the stories we share.

The joke in my house is if my husband goes missing, they'll know who did it... I'm a forensic Anthropologist

I wish I could post a picture of an original Margaret Keane (big eyes) painting that I found at a vintage shop in Santa Barbara (it even had Margaret's husband listed as the artist still...this is why I suspect it was an original)! It would have been PERFECT for a cut out eyes project. It was only listed for a few hundred bucks. I should have bought it, but I'm a sensitive and I knew it definitely had energy so I left it there for someone else to enjoy! :) Also thrifting and antique hunting....yes please!
