Also, something I thought of later, I don't see how this bill will address open source printer firmwares such as Klipper. Even if Klipper gets banned from github, AI can be used to write custom printer firmwares. A friend of mine who knows nothing about programming is using chatgpt to create custom code based on a description of what they need done and their code is working just fine. Non technical users will just accept the new reality while criminals will continue on without any impact

I'm in the western half of washington state, I'll get in touch with local groups, artists who do miniatures, diy hackers and my library who has a public use printer, plus find out who's in olympia that cares about this. Personally, im not interested in printing firearms, even though I like seeing what you have been doing here, but I am interested in parts for airguns, airsoft and steampunk all of which would be negatively impacted
