So I understand that he's absorbing all these powerful warriors but we've also seen over the years that one of the keys to a sayian increasing his strength is to train especially once he gains a new form. But at the power level that UV is at now, he's more than capable of calling them all forth at once. He's had A LOT of victims over the years. He's stolen so much divine energy, he can even create apparitions of beings he hadn't even directly absorbed yet. It shows the deeper level of understanding that UV has over the power he's acquired or 're-appropriated'. Beyond just his battle IQ. There's layers of writing here that are more subtle than what you see on the surface. There are subtle reveals of UV's more complex understanding of the melting pot of different powers he wields as well as how the in-story universe works around him. Things we can't directly see as a viewer. It gives depth that a lot of writers have trouble creating. Vegito spawning the entire full roster of his own victims isn't a reference to SL. But rather a testament to how far he's come in his journey for power. He used to spawn them strategically, and in limited quantities. He doesn't need to do that any more.

Did you not think that devil energy did not come from lucif but rather a an actual elder devil that is most likely sealed by other elder gods. That energy leaked out and chose lucif. So we keep thinking lucif as the omni or ultimate devil or evil, what if there is an actual devil one who created devil gene stuff that kazuya also had in him.
