The first picture assumes Fisk is being loaded with sfx to make him more potent and muscular, the clothing he wearing being a klyntar, aka symbiote Venom's species, The jumper has enslaved fisk and put him in the partially badass mostly provocative outfit and gave him other enhancements one which allows him to fleshily transform into forms more suited for sea or being a beast.
