The Pink Cowl Returns

Among the collection was an irradiated cowl once owned by a costumed crimefighter from the 1960's. One of the crimefighter's enemies had spritzed the cowl with a radioactive chemical, rendering the fabric of the mask pink (because that's how radiation works). Amanda couldn't resist trying it on and the irradiated mask instantly drove her mad, causing her to believe that she is now the world's greatest detective (because that's how radiation works). Armed with an arsenal of used superhero weapons and vehicles from her collection that she has painted bright pink, Amanda now patrols the streets as The Pink Cowl!
Can Dartgirl stop this mad woman before she gets herself (or someone else) killed? Or will the people decide that The Pink Cowl is the hero the city deserves?
