IMPORTANT__INFO

Sorry for my disappearance for the last 3 days. I suffered a small accident and had not been able to write. I have uploaded one chapter of my Harry Potter fanfic today and will release GOT fanfic tomorrow.

Will be fine in a couple of days. We will have regular updates.

[While I am not able to write, I have been revamping the plot in mind and I can admit that I have made quite intriguing plot in it. Hopefully, I will be able to execute it as I wish.]

Harry Potter: The True Lord- Chapter 99: Aurora's Thoughts

What a turn Aurora's life had taken in the last few days. It had all begun a few weeks earlier. At the Black Family Gathering. She would not say that everything that had been happening to her was connected to that gathering but it surely was a focal point of all those events.

As was the usual norm, every New Year, the Sinistra family had received the invitation for the Black family gathering for young witches and wizards. Aurora had been attending it for the past few years, after...

Harry Potter: The True Lord- Chapter 98: Lily is Awake

The crowd had long dispersed after the funeral and Dumbledore’s speech.

The students had returned to their dormitories, and most of the professors too had quietly retired to their quarters.

The infirmary, which had been overflowing with injured students only a day ago, was now far less crowded. Those with minor wounds, the fortunate ones, had already been allowed to return to their dorms.

Just as night began to settle over Hogwarts, a certain red haired girl fluttered her ...

Harry Potter: The True Lord- Chapter 97: Voldemort's Thought

(Voldemort)

Just like Lucius, the news of Dumbledore’s announcement had thrown the entire Wizarding Britain into a whirlwind of chaos. Dumbledore announcing that he would actively try and kill the Death Eaters was news of that magnitude. It was a completely unprecedented and unexpected thing.

In an extremely isolated and well hidden house, a man was sitting on a wooden chair. Voldemort.

He too was holding a newspaper in his hands, clenching it tightly. It ...

(Lucius Malfoy POV)

It was the day after the attack on Hogsmeade. It was evening and I was holding in my hand another special edition of the newspaper. Nearly every publication in Wizarding Britain had published a special edition.

Special editions were a rare occurrence, published only when the news was so enormous, so earth shaking, that it could not wait even a few hours to reach the people of Wizarding Britain. It was also an enormous business opportunity for t...

Harry Potter: The True Lord- Chapter 94: Funeral

There was a sense of unease and suffocation as people stepped through the wards of Hogwarts and made their way toward the school grounds. Professor Filius Flitwick and Horace Slughorn stood at the entrance, quietly guiding the steady flow of newcomers.

The faces of those arriving were solemn, and whatever conversation took place was done in hushed whispers.

The news that the funeral of the two deceased Hufflepuff students would be held on the Hogwarts grounds and that everyone was...

This magical settlement is a small town located close to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Though the settlement lies outside the administrative jurisdiction of Hogw...

Harry Potter: The True Lord- Chapter 92: Ideas for Investigation

Antonio had departed from Hogwarts shortly after his conversation with Minerva. Although Charlus and Edmund were curious about what Professor McGonagall had wanted to discuss, they did not press him for details. Even so, Antonio had satisfied their curiosity and had given them a brief explanation, general and restrained, but enough for the two sharp men to piece together most of it.

Antonio and Edmund had originally planned to return to their own manors, but Charlus insisted they come b...

The silence stretched between them for a few moments before Minerva finally sighed.

“Alright,” she said. “I understand that you do not have any deep or real connection with Miss Evans, and that the two of you are nothing more than fleeting acquaintances.”

Antonio nodded, uncertain where she was heading with this.

“But I believe,” Minerva continued, her gaze steady, “that I would not be wrong if I assume that you care about her. There is no denying or masking th...

Harry Potter: The True Lord- Chapter 90: Antonio and Minerva

Almost a couple of hours had passed since Edmund, Charlus, and Antonio had arrived at Hogwarts.

Most of the parents whose children were safe and resting in their respective dormitories had left shortly after confirming their wellbeing. They had nothing to do at Hogwarts. Minerva had very firmly denied any of them meeting with their children that day. If they wanted to meet their children, they would have to wait for a day or two.

Only those whose children were still in the infirma...

Harry Potter: The True Lord- Chapter 89: Penalia's Reaction

The sharp crack of a resounding slap, a crisp palm striking flesh, echoed through the dead silence of Lestrange Manor.

Rodolphus stood frozen, stunned, his right hand instinctively rising to his cheek where the sting still burned.

His mother, Penalia Lestrange, stood before him, fury etched deep into every line of her face.

He had just returned from the successful raid on Hogsmeade or so he had thought. He had been elated, flushed with triumph, and he had proudly recou...

“Lord Bones… Lord Olario,” Charlus sighed as he approached Edmund and Antonio.

“What happened, Lord Potter? You seem too tense,” Antonio questioned. “I heard James is fine.”

“He is fine. Nothing more than bruises he sustained while running away in the streets,” Charlus replied, nodding slightly. “But many of the students are not.”

Antonio raised an eyebrow and waited for Charlus to elaborate.

“Around forty to fifty students have been injured,”...

Harry Potter: The True Lord- Chapter 87: To Hogwarts

When the trio of Edmund, Charlus, and Antonio reached Hogwarts, they found a small group of people already gathered just outside the castle’s wards. The wards were closed and no one was being allowed entry at the moment. These wards were one of the most powerful wards in the entire Wizarding Britain and even someone like Antonio, Dumbledore and Voldemort would have a hard time breaking through the wards.

“What is happening here?” Charlus asked as he approached the group.

(Rodolphus Lestrange POV)

As I floated above Hogsmeade, searching for my target, I could not help but recall everything that had happened in the past few days.

My father had been killed, and I had no hesitation in admitting that my actions or rather the failure of the action had been the ignition for all that had unfolded.

I should not have attacked that bastard Antonio Olario’s house, and when I did, I should have ensured its success. He should have be...

Harry Potter: The True Lord- Chapter 84: Attack on Hogsmeade

(One hour before Charlus received the letter)

Around twenty individuals had gathered in an obscure corner of Wizarding Britain. All of them were dressed in their regal Death Eater robes and their trademark masks which were hiding their faces.

All of them had assembled here at the invitation or at the request of Rodolphus Lestrange, Lord Lestrange.

To convince these men to do what they were about to do had not been an easy thing. Rodolphus had cal...

“Lord Bones,” Charlus crackled in laughter as Edmund and Antonio stepped through the wards of Potter Manor.

Harry Potter: The True Lord- Chapter 81: Next Step

“Stand up,” Voldemort finally said after settling himself comfortably on the sofa, his voice echoing coldly through the hall of Malfoy Manor.

The Death Eaters obeyed at once, rising to their feet. Even so, their heads remained bowed and their eyes were fixed on the ground. None dared to meet the Dark Lord’s gaze. Standing before Voldemort was suffocating.

Game of Thrones: The Ruler- Chapter 77: House of Undying

A day had passed since Jon and Melisandre had arrived in Qarth. Melisandre had given a small tour of the city to Jon. She was well aware of the city layout.

Beyond the commercial district through which they had entered, the rest of Qarth was much as Jon had expected.

The streets were narrow and dirty with filth and waste littering the streets. The houses were cramped and seemed to be pressed close together. A lot of free but homeless people used streets as their homes and apart fr...

Lily had always been cheerful, with a happy personality and an upbeat spirit. She carried a warm, optimistic outlook and looked towa...

It had been a couple of hours since Antonio returned from Sinistra Manor. For these last two hours, he had been deliberating on what his next step should be. For all his power, the feeling of helplessness he had felt back them was stinging him.

While the world was still reeling from the shock of the attack and the killing of eight Death Eaters at Bones Manor, another piece of news had spread throughout wizarding society.

A news which in normal condition would have flashed on the front page had been tucked in one of the middle pages.
