SkyHorn Adventures - Bear-Dragon?
Added 2020-04-05 19:03:33 +0000 UTCome lore here. There is a lot of expository dialogue that I had to cut out just because it didn't fit in the yet crowded page.
And it would have covered my efforts in making a more colorful and flashy illustration than usual.
I wanted a more blurred and kind of mystical representation but I made the error of starting from the lineart, but I won't repeat the error the next time.
This is to say that's not the definitive design of the Father Dragons, but just the idea that the cavemen (and the author) have of them right now.
And yeah, dragons in this world exist, but not just like winged scalies. They're ancient and solitary beings inherently magic. They don't live in groups but scattered in caves around the island. They tend to be quite bitchy with each other and prefer the worshipful company of other species.
The first three of them are the creator deities, associated with Earth, Ocean and Sky. I will bother you with their made-up names later.
For now, all you have to know is that they're big, powerful, and very hard to seduce.
Remember that there's a pool for deciding which will be the point-of-view of the next chapter. Go make your wish!
