Eyes of the Archeress - Nude Variant
Added 2018-07-09 16:03:00 +0000 UTCFrom my artwork, you might get the impression that I grew up reading comics and wanting to be Wonder Woman or Supergirl. Actually, I haven't read many comics at all, and I always fantasized about being a rootin'-tootin', pistol-packin', horse-ridin' cowgirl! When I first created Amazon Arrow years ago, I spent a great deal of time working on her eyes. She's an experienced War Archeress, so I wanted her to have that "glint" in her eyes that you see in old cowboy movies... the eyes of a gunslinger. I wanted her eyes to say: If you draw on me, you'll lose. I'm pretty proud of how they turned out.

2018-07-11 13:39:36 +0000 UTCThat's a cool bit of perspective. I like hearing the little things that make people's characters special to them. In a way I imagine her having an Old West standoff now, still with a bow though. And no, I am not looking at her eyes. No apologies :)
