[Macro Strategy] Rhinar Wins in 7 Turns

Was asked for some strategy during coaching. Here is one.

It is useful to think playing Rhinar in 7 turns. There are a few implications to that.

In 7 turns, Rhinar typically have draw about 30-35 cards. That means most likely 1-2 bloodrush bellow, 1 tear limb from limb, 1-2 sand sketched plan, 1/2 nimby! 4-5 Cheetah (pulping, wild ride, bare fangs…), 3-4 swing big/show of strength, 3-4 windup, (2-3 agility token generation)….

[Brute Math] Who knows brutes can block (Non-blocks density in deck)

This is a good go-to chart to consider during deck construction and side boarding for brute play, particularly Rhinar.

Going second, if you have too many non blocks, you will be stuck with those and get punished for not being able to block (and mulligan).

If you run 6 of the 9 cheetah package, you have 35% chance to have at least a non-block.

This goes up to 60% if you have 12 non blocks.

Red is a great addition for damage. Yellow and blue is also great to have. Although not as consistent having go again as kayo, we tend to have a yellow(all are 6s except bloodrush bellow, which you are happy to see) and a blue pitch in hand with this. I did the math for everyone and here’s below.
