The bad guy in this image is the computer behind the chair, not the two people. They're just drones. The one on left is Micah Savoy, the accidental inventor of the HIVE A.I. and it's first victim. The guy on the right is her ex-boyfriend and it's second victim. The origin of the Hive A.I. was told here: Rage Against The Machine
