Once again, coming at you with a tonne of news! 

First of all, we would like to discuss a big coming update. And when I say "Big", I mean "We're horrified by the amount of stuff that we have to add to the game". Seriously. But that's our problem to worry about. 

The biggest feature of the update will be the addition of stats. A date-sim is not a date-sim if there are no character stats. Just from the get-go, I would like to clear up a couple of things to avoid any misunderstanding: there will be no grind in the spirit of "do some shit 5 times to level up strength". We honestly hate this approach. Yes, we know we used it in the case of "homework" feature in the game. Yes, we hate ourselves, but that's why we want to fix this as soon as possible and rework the way you earn money in the game. Alas, we definitely will not be able to do it in the next update; But let's get back to stats. No grind. 

There will only be three parameters: strength, intelligence, and charisma. Your ability (or inability) to choose certain responses when talking to characters will depend on these three. You'll be able to decide which stats to upgrade through a series of in-game choices, which could vary dramatically: from the simple stuff like "should I go to PE today or should I pretend to be seriously ill, so that I can get to infirmary where I can meet sweet sweet Mercy" to more serious things which you will encounter as you progress through the plot. However we do understand that sometimes you will get into situations when you have to have 5 strength in order to see a long-desired scene, but that stat is not really the one that you have been focusing all along. For situations like these, we are adding a "lucky clover". It is a special, rare, almost cheat-like Item. It will let you forget about any stat requirements for one time and you will be able to do what you need to. But be warned: it will be gone after you use it. You'll be able to earn lucky clovers as rewards for side quests, of which we are planning to add quite a few. 

Placed second on the list, but not by importance are the new scenes. We have already spoken a few times that a new Mercy route (an entire route and not just a scene) will be available in the new update. However, I don't think we have told you that we are also adding a new spying scene with Mei. Well, here it is. We are doing it. And we are probably also going to add a short scenario with her. All you fans of this voluptuous beauty rejoice! 

And the last thing we would like to talk about is cheats. They will be implemented. We don't exactly know in what form (a cheat code or a separate mode), but I can tell you one thing for sure - the cheats will be available for everyone. We equally love both our subscribers and our patrons, therefore we are not going to monetise that element of the game. Also, this is almost like microtransactions, and that's just not cool. We're not EA.
