I don’t know how to describe it, but Shirou would always take his training seriously like continuously jumping over a high bar. I know there was a time when during the valentines event he attempted to give Ceaser a work out with Diarmuid. I don’t know how he’s status as a Heroic Spirit factors, or if he’s just done with all of it, but he always trained, and worked hard, I don’t think he would look down anyone for trying to train, as he’s training was what enabled him to keep up with Heroic Spirits.
