I like both stories, but I feel like I lean to Steel Eyed Faker. I actually think that Shirou would work better in High School of the Dead, but is unfinished so there are a lot of plot holes. However I will say that after I read your Hound of the Dead I wanted to read it too, it’s really good and Shirou or Archer can’t be the protagonist all the time. Truthfully I think you should continue both though I feel High School of the Dead would benefit with it’s story and characters being in the Fate/Stay Night universe instead.

2023-09-06 00:05:38 +0000 UTCI go for SEF, mostly because Akame ga kill is finished and I find zombie apocalypses boring. Though I would like a Lancer fanfic. Maybe do the AGK one with Both Mario Mario and Actually Satan. Cu Chulainn and EMIYA interactions are good civilization, as they actually get along quite well.
