I’ve just now gotten the chance to listen to this! And tbh, dude, I know you don’t like to be a Debby-downer, but sometimes it’s so nice to hear someone else say that things are hard and sucky right now. Definitely makes me feel less alone, since I often struggle with keeping a positive outlook all the time (as much as I’d like to). Just keep being gentle and kind with yourself, and give yourself the time and space necessary to grow. We’ll all make it through this one way or another. 😌🌿🌱

I also loved your chat with the crow! I tried listening to the Magnus Archives based on your recommendation and immediately became very scared. It was the episode called ‘angler fish’ which I believe is the first. Very well done, but I am way too wimpy for it. Also: I totally feel you on many of the thoughts/feelings you’ve been experiencing. I think that CBT would be really beneficial for me as well.

Sending you lots of love! Cognitive behavior theory (coming from someone whose studied psych and has gone through it ) works so well! i struggle with anxiety and chronic depression and CBT really helped me find those deeply rooted rotten roots that make me so mean to myself ! really try it (: PS check on Cdawgva he's a voice actor youtube who has been inspiring me to try voice acting, I think you'd be great! so maybe hell encourage you too! and definitely give you some laughs lol there's alot of anime content cx anywho, love you lots ! xoxo
