Reporting for lewduty! This week we lock in to channel our super lewdness for 2026!

Lenchi:

Game Design Wörki 

I’m currently working on a game design pitch for one of the plans we have for the final version of TCNN. Some parts of a game require detailed planning early on so we can “build a path” towards them during development. Sometimes you need to elaborate first, so you can simplify it afterwards and make it fun and engaging for players. This isn’t easy, but I’m having a lot of fun working on it and preparing a pitch for the team.

Zoey Cutouts

I’m also working on the next set of cutouts that spice up even the less spicy scenes at the beginning of the game. This is just a suggestion sheet, we’ll see what the team decides on!

Cypher CG

Lineart + base color + layering DONE (was quite tricky since we're having multiple stages and we just can't help it ) Also made a quick light concept - wanted it to feel like a "deer in the headlights" scene. Though it will bring difficulties with animation (we'd have to put some shadow on an extra layer I guess?)

Less:

Just a little comic to have more Zoey sesbian stuff :3

Calliach could easily tell what Zoey's current desires are, be it cash, information, or if zoey completes a quest for her while high in horniness…. Well, she can definitely give a fitting reward for that as well.

Ohm_ena:

Ena has been animating and adding the cute cat + black outfit to Zoey’s overworld character:

He also added Cyphers dialogue sprite and did the idle animation. Only expressions to go and she's done

Desva:

There needs to be a way to get to the train station, here is one way to get in:

We have been also planning out more conditions for getting in to certain areas just to know what exactly to concentrate on:

Aine:

Aine added new male fancy hairstyles

I feel the new thinner version isn't what that style enthusiast wants, so how about we modify it to be wider.

Remade it and added underpants's variants.

completed the blazer, and made shirts. They can match the jeans, jogging pants, short pants, fancy pants.

Completed the hoodie's base, made some beat-up hoodie variants:

Zanzo:

Zanzo is working on the SFW teaser that we would be able to show to the whole wide world on YouTube!

The first draft for the teaser has been completed and together we have approved it with only one or two minor changes. Now to record all the footage in high quality and with a couple of optimizations like hiding some UI and menu stuff, picking the best framing for the scenes and making sure there is no tiny hidden NSFW stuff in any part of them so that youtube won’t ban our asses. Lastly, some final polishing of transitions, zooms and animations and it should be good to go very soon!

Juno:

I tried to play around with using sprite shapes to make the walls a bit more flexible, but, ignoring the misalignment there, I could not figure out a few issues like inside corners on the top section being the same as the sides.

It might be a little more complicated for sorting, having to stack multiple ones carefully.

So I felt like returning back to another approach: one way would be to have a modular "border" and a sprite shape to fill up its inside (see below).

The other is the old way, kind of, only it gets really granular with all the corners added, requiring its "fill" to be uniform in color. So we would need to add decals on top later to get back some subtle color variety.

Having a border + tileable in the middle seems to make most sense to me personally at this point.

Using sprite shapes, we played around with the idea of including the black outline directly on the closed shape instead of having it separate as most of the time it is just a border and you can turn them on/off on edges in Unity as need be.

Station entrance variants: For the scene the top-facing one would make more sense of where it is positioned; directly leading to the upper Redlight. Though with the arrow it's a bit awkward so I thought about fading the top there.

Though I liked the central one for the south-/sideways exit more, but for consistency it probably should be the same

So here are the new station entrances. Also changed the transition to the stairs on top in the sideways version to be in line with the new angles:

Additionally I thought of maybe trying something different for large-scale (ground-placed) emissives/lights. If you think it's cool I can also do it for the "arrow" emissive-bit of the station entrances above.

BlauKoneko:

Blau got the femboy spine working in the character creator, so soon we will also be able to make custom femboy npc’s more on the go:

Vils:

Fully serialized procedurally generated layouts using the room system.

This'll let us save/load on the train's randomized layouts, and also in the future maybe let us do dynamically generated job-board contracts that take you down into proc-genned tunnel layouts.

i've also hardened the room generator component a ton, now you can specify directions you want your layout to favor, such as only right for something like the train, so rooms will only generate toward ports on the right.

(that's what i've got set in the generator in this clip, which is why they're all straight line horizontal layouts)

I’m helping Lenchi with the minigame prototype for lewd side content. A lot of my time the last 2 weeks has been eaten up by handling the release and having caught a super flu. I’m finally feeling back in action and am working on the glowing hole bartending content again next! I hope I can make it super lewd!

I also really wanna push me and the team to make the game more lewd in general. Bad ends, groping, sex scenes, just general lewdness included in the world and it’s characters!

I think we lost sight of lewdness in 0.3 a little bit and that was the weakest part of the update. I’ll try to learn from that and improve this by having more lewdness in the future! c:<

Really looking forward to some more general lewdness and side content in general. The game is very railroad-y so far and it doesn't feel like there's a ton of room for player expression or sandbox systems. Being able to take side jobs and actually work toward getting money for that looming rent payment would make Zoey making desperate (lewd) decisions all the more fun!

Very big plus on the more lewdness approach, all the other content is amazing but when i think of TC i always see it as a game with lewdness in the focus, also that comic is so cool
