Uncertain. It may be a problem with windows. Maybe the game's audio is low in the windows audio mixer.

2019-07-23 16:36:17 +0000 UTCThe game won't let me make dialog choices or exit certain conversations so I can't seem to continue. And the music keeps cutting in and out. Also the menus aren't always working. If I quit the game it sometimes fix one of the issues but not the other ones. I have tried both the x86 and x64 they both seem to have the same problems for me.
