September 2024 Announcements!

PATRONS! It's September!! Welcome back to another month of awesome content.

This month is extra special as it brings with it both the start of Autumn and the end of Beneath Dark Wings! That's right everyone, the final chapter of Beneath Dark Wings will be happening this month so make sure to join us for its epic conclusion! This month is also packed with so much more and you can find the schedule for what we're up to this month below!

Some of us are on vacation the first week of this month so there will be no Saltmarsh on Monday September 2nd and no Uprooted on Wednesday September 4th.

Things seem to be slowing down a bit as Autumn approaches, which is allowing us some much needed rest! But things never truly stop moving in Avantris so we do have one change to Patreon, and that is the addition of Nikkie's Nook! Right now the Nook is still in a transitional phase to Patreon but should be fully functional as of October 1st. What is Nikkie's Nook you may be asking yourselves?! Well, let me tell you! We often say that our inspiration comes from consuming media and there is nothing that I like more than reading for inspiration. It is for this reason that I (Nikkie) have created Nikkie's Nook for Golden Monkey tier patrons and higher! Right now, The Nook consists of a monthly book club (We are currently finishing the ACOTAR series by Sarah J. Maas) which includes a discord chat and a monthly 2 hour call to talk about the book. Starting in October, the Nook will also include Nikkie's Story hour in which I will read a fairytale or the like for you to enjoy as well as the inclusion of a quarterly workshop in which we take the books we've read over the past 3 months, as well as the movies we've watched on movie nights, and create NPC's, story hooks, magical items, characters and more from the media we have consumed and directly translate that into usable content for D&D! Nikkie's Nook is a work in progress so expect it to change over the course of the next few months.
