2024-10-26 10:52:01 +0000 UTCI had some thoughts in response to your merch conversation (caveat: I may be an outlier in taste for decore and my consumer habits). Action figures and models aren't my thing, but I think figures of key items from your various campaigns could do well. As examples of what I mean, perhaps a model of the Azure Maiden, your ship from Stardust, witchlight carnival tickets, etc. Stickers, patches, buttons, coins, and Keychains and other similar merch of PCs NPCs and other icons, would almost certainly be popular. Thematic dice and other useful tabletop gear, maybe? If it's branded clothing, mugs, or things of that nature, I would lean toward tastefully vague nods to the show. Less in-your-face "this is obviously D&D merch," and more clearly recognizable to us cool kids who know you're stuff. I hope my short essay is helpful!
