Well, surprisingly, it didn't take me more than maybe 3-4 hours to get the result you can see in the embedded video. The difficult parts were somehow getting a snapshot of every animation in order to use these snapshots as thumbnails (which involved a lot of tinkering), setting up the UI, getting animator states to display them here and so on.
This feature would normally take 2-3 days because it is a bit more complex than it looks, but well, we have something.
The next step will be locking animations that you haven't yet seen during gameplay, and the next step after that grouping animations by the location where they appear, for example most of the animations we have right now would be grouped into the ISA. The reasoning behind this is that it can show you whether you have missed some animations during your gameplay.
