Malevolent Planet Progress Update
Added 2020-01-16 18:19:03 +0000 UTCHey guys, I'm working on multiple features for the game, including additions to the backstory of the game. Above you can find the portrait of one of the crewmembers.
Right now, the background stories of the crewmembers are getting developed, combined with portraits of each of them. When you are back at the base, you will have the possibility to interact with members of your crew and find more information about them (case files for example).
Regarding the flow of the story, there will be more details in the beginning, before the spaceship launch. During this time, you can find out more about the mission and about your fellow crewmembers.
Also working on fixing multiple reported bugs to help people have a more enjoyable experience.
There won't be any annoying gameplay loops within the game, all the loops are structured as quests with unique encounters without the need to grind materials just for the sake of it, therefore the current last scenario with gathering virus samples is getting fully reworked with new content and encounters to make it feel like an accomplishment instead of an annoying grind.
My usual drawing schedule will stay mostly the same, hopefully.
