Added 2020-08-28 20:52:58 +0000 UTCHey guys! Here it is, the finished piece y'all voted on this month. A fun little in-character interaction with Nytro and Vikna.
Their relationship is a unique one in my story setting, kind of love-hate in a way... I struggled with dialog and what to include. There were really too many options and I didn't want to weigh it down. It was hard to pick what best summarized the situation. In the end, I saved out one version with no text, one with a bit, and...I uh...typed a short erotic story to go with it.
This isn't easy for me! I'm not an experienced writer. I think I'm decent at diction and vocabulary, but maybe with a history of writing porn sometimes, I could mix it up with a character-driven one...I dunno! I'm confident in my art usually, not my writing. But it was fun to do, I'll admit. It helped me form the atmosphere of the image a lot better, and I could fit much more into it than text on the picture.
If you guys enjoy it, I'd consider adding some snippets and other short write-ups to other images when possible. Hope you all enjoy both!

The story section was actually pretty good too! If adding more story segments to these kinds of illustrations is something you'd be interested in continuing on in the future, I'm sure there's some folks around with writing experience who would love to help out either with editing or with writing stories featuring your characters. *cough-cough*

You actually made the membrane transparent with the strong back light shining through, enough to see the outline of the veins. That is just the coolest thing, I've never seen any other artist do that!

The little details such as their thoughts in the moment, their movements, etc, etc. It all builds to a better understanding. A picture is worth a thousand words, but even just a hundred words can sometimes convey an idea better than a picture alone. Don't sell your writing too short, Fluff. I'd be more than happy to read more of if, and it'll only improve if you continue to do it.
