September (changes, news, updates)

Before I post the September voting post in a little bit, I wanted to mention some info about the upcoming month, or just some small news bits/questions:

1: I think the weekly request streams were great, left more time for me to get some other stuff done, and still with the same number of images. It also meant posting the results each week, with one HD and one WEB post, which I felt was maybe a little much? I'm considering just posting one or the other(HD or WEB) and leaving the other size for the end-of-month ZIPs. Let me know what ya'll think below. If it's not too spam-my I can keep the 2 posts per stream thing.

2: I'll be at FursonaCon next weekend! The con is a smaller one, in Virginia Beach, VA, and more info can be found here: https://fursonacon.com/ I'll be doing a few panels as well.

3: The voting system is still the same for now, but will change before the end of the year. Ideas for this are still being tossed around a bit, but I can wager a guess that people want -something- to carry over month to month, but don't want the staggering high numbers and long-ass waitlists. When the voting system is reworked, it will also be reset, meaning 'previously done' characters will be eligible again. I'll also be more strict on what characters I'll add.

I can't think of what else to mention or add at the moment. Still plan on making a Discord sometime soon for ease-of-access and posting, records and galleries, but won't be mandatory. Still need to plan it out a bit.

Thank you all for the continued support! Hope to keep making good work for you all, and pushing the comic(s) further ahead/making them take a bit more center stage if I can.

I welcome the frequent posts, actually. Easier to digest the submissions every week than having it dumped on me all at once

Holy Zen!

Thanks, also i think the request is alright and so is everything else. I do understand what you mean, but so far things are okay.

The frequent stream posts don't bother me at all, it's nice to see new pieces more regularly. And the Discord sounds like a really neat idea!

Yeah I need to force more of him, haha. May just pick sometime, but he's high up there!

I'm just hoping I can get a Loki piece. Been voting for him since I joined your patreon lol

I'd favor just the Web post. I don't download images except in the end of the month bundles, so I like the images to be grouped (such as one post per set of stream images per stream).

Posting the web versions only and sending the HD in the zip at the end of a month, has always ben a better way to keep materials safe and less people going on patreon quickly just for a HD grab and gets posted to sites that dont care much els but quality, without consern to the artist. Sure the streaming images is probably not the most interesting material for some people. But that depends if someone gave a damin about monthly paid content at all.

I'd say just keep it as it is. I don't mind the 2 HD/WEB posts per week thing or the fact that you stream every Sunday. At least it provides us with more streams for us to watch and enjoy. :D

I guess everyone will have a different preference on the stream images. I like to grab the HD versions as soon as you make them available, and it never feels "spam-my" getting multiple posts from you about the same stream. My thoughts are to just keep things as is. Also have fun at con ^_^

Diamondstorm

Well regarding the stream images, I think you can post the web/early of every image in a single post, and keep providing the download links at the beginning of the next month. I say this because while I appreciate the option to get them as soon as you post them, I like to wait to get the whole pack later. It seems more practical to me.

I dont think the current system for the request stream posting is bad
