Struggling to keep pace with some stuff, taxes didnt help, stress and busy-ness and tired-ness keep pushing back the things I'm trying to get done. Sorry to keep you all waiting on some of them.

2018-04-23 03:18:12 +0000 UTCCouple of questions since I'm still not 100% sure how this works: Do I have to wait until a stream gets announced to submit a request, or can I do it anytime? Also if my request doesn't get picked do I have to resubmit every new stream?
